Modern Vintage Powder Room

This post has been a looooong time coming and I'm excited to finally have a bathroom on our main floor again! Click here to see what it used to look like and my design plans for the space.

Here is our Modern Vintage Powder Room!

I love the look of pedestal sinks, but we needed some storage.  I was hoping to use a small, vintage dresser for the vanity, but they never seem to be the right height. I opted for this piece instead and added this pull and these knobs.

I fell in love with the dainty hardware for the towel bar and toilet paper holder
They're so simple, but really make a statement.

I put a lot of thought into the design and wanted to be sure I didn't miss any details...like the toilet handle or toilet supply in matte black. They compliment the faucet nicely.
Which is crazy quality for the price! Seriously, you can't beat it.

I had to throw in something thrifted...the waste basket. Old habits die hard, ya know?

Vase. Towel (similar). Soap Pump.

We beefed up the molding like we have (and continue to do) throughout our home and I love how it pops against the wallpaper! I used matte subway and hexagon tiles to keep it modern.

This light ties the brass and matte black accents together perfectly. I needed a pivot mirror because of the tile on the wall, and this one is soooo pretty!

This space is small, but mighty! I tackled things I never thought I could do by myself...like the tile and wallpaper.

I was so happy to see it all come together exactly as I pictured.

I want to live with it for awhile before adding a few more things I've been thinking about...picture above the toilet, new light and door hardware.

Really though, I'm just THRILLED I don't have to walk up a flight of stairs to go pee : )
