All is Merry & Bright!

It's here! It's finally here!
Every year I can’t wait to decorate, and this year was no different. Except for the fact that we have a new baby, so admittedly, I didn't put as much out as I normally do.
You can find the sources below.

We switched things up a bit in the living room. About a week before Hardy was born we had the TV mounted above the fireplace to make more room for baby gear (not pictured, because I wanted these pictures to be pretty. My life is lie 😀)

I started out by putting a 9' tree in it's usual spot, but quickly realized it wasn't going to work with the TV above the fireplace...you have to be able to watch TV from the recliner.

Came across this little guy at Target and I was sold.

See that little Santa on the mantel? Grace painted it, but thinks it's ruined because she messed up on his eyes. I love it and thought it was mantel status worthy.
She saw these pictures and said, "Please don't show anyone that Santa. His eyes look like they're melting."

The ornaments are a mix of store bought and DIY. Some of the colorful balls are from Michaels and I scored the little guy below from Anthropologie after Christmas last year.

I've never put tinsel on a tree before but decided to go for it.
Our dog, Lucy immediately started eating it.
Cody thinks the tree looks sad and calls it the Charlie Brown Christmas tree.
You know nothing, Jon Snow.

Most importantly, let's not forget about the real reason for Christmas.
The birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
